We understand how difficult it can be at times to keep up with heating oil payments. For this reason, we offer our customers an opportunity to take advantage of Budget Plans.
Budget payments can be spread out for either 10 or 12 months beginning July 1. With the budget plan, you will always receive the cash price as long as the payments are kept current.
Payments are due on or before the first of the month. If payments are not kept current, the budget is no longer valid and you will not receive the cash price.
If you should accept a budget plan, you will receive either 10 or 12 budget payment envelopes for your convenience.
If service is required on your heating system, it is not included in your budget plan.
HOW DOES A BUDGET PLAN WORK...
Using your last year's usage, we estimate your annual energy costs for the coming year. We take that estimate cost and spread it evenly over your choice of 10 or 12 months. Each month you remit the same fixed amount.
If there is a credit balance at the end of your budget term, you can choose to take a refund or apply it to next years budget.
However, if you have an outstanding balance at the end of your budget term. It must be paid with your last budget payment.
